Job Description:

At least 3-6 yrs experience in Production support

Creation and configuration of database server and databases.

Installation, upgrade and maintenance of database software

Monitor database for availability and performance optimization

Experience in backup and recovery

Having exposure of working on RMAN

Having good experience of working on UNIX environment, preferably Linux.

Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting techniques

Shell scripting

. Knowledge in PL/SQL

. Oracle RAC Installation, Implementations, Upgrade, Tuning and maintenance

Manish Tandon â€" Chief Executive Officer

Manish Tandon is the CEO of CSS Corp. He has over two decades of industry experience in the IT sector. At CSS Corp, he is responsible for leading the company and providing strategic direction towards achieving exceptional performance. Manish is focused on delivering high client, end user and employee satisfaction, and a goal to make CSS Corp the global leader in technology support.
Prior to CSS Corp, Manish was the Executive Vice President and the Head of the Healthcare, Insurance, Life Sciences and Hi-Tech Manufacturing unit at Infosys. He joined Infosys in 1996 and has since then, successfully led multiple senior management roles in business, delivery and sales. He grew the Testing business for Infosys significantly, and has operated across a range of geographies, horizontals and business verticals - including Retail / CPG and Financial Services & Insurance. Additionally, he was on the Board of Infosys Public Services, EdgeVerve and Infosys Lodestone.

Alok Bajpai - EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Alok Bajpai is the EVP & Chief Financial Officer - Global at CSS Corp. He is responsible for Finance, Accounts, Legal and Company Secretarial functions.
Alok has more than 25 years of experience in diverse industries spanning multiple executive roles and responsibilities in the entire gamut of finance, legal and general management.
Prior to joining CSS Corp, Alok was the Managing Director & CEO of a Infrastructure & Service company of the Manipal Group. Earlier, he was the CFO & India Head for Aditi Technologies and the Global CFO at Intelligroup. His prior stints include HCL and Infosys.

His focus is on strengthening CSS Corp’s culture of client-centricity and promoting company’s mission of being 100% Referenceable.
Nishikant is an IT leader with more than two decades of rich IT experience in building & leading large IT services business across all service lines. He is well known for his unwavering client focus and understanding of enterprises to weave technology trends and operational discipline needed to assist the clients in their digital and transformative pursuits. He has built and coached many winning teams over the years and is an established people leader.
Prior to joining CSS Corp, Nishikant spent close to two decades at Infosys creating and strengthening strategies across geos, verticals & services including analyst and deal advisory relations. His expertise lies in the creation of differentiated offerings and capabilities through COEs, frame-works, solutions, pricing-models, alliances and thought leadership.
In his last role at Infosys, he had been the Vice President & Global Delivery Head - Cloud and Infrastructure Management Services. Dan Bujold â€" EVP & Head of Carrier Services

Dan Bujold has over 20 years of Telecom experience in the areas of product development, product management, network engineering and network planning, he was instrumental in Glow Networks' growth since 2000. He heads Telecom vertical at CSS Corp, with the acquisition of Glow Networks by CSS Corp in 2010.
At CSS Corp, Dan guides the sales and operations of our Telecom vertical and is responsible building strategic client relationships in the Carrier Services. Dan is widely recognized for leading teams to successfully deploy complex technologies while ensuring on-time delivery to market with a customer relationship focus. He also heads the administration and projects for all CSS Corp operations globally comprising of day-to-day administration, planning, budgeting and execution.
Prior to joining Glow Networks, he was Director, Wireless Engineering Operations-US Region for Nortel Networks. There, he was responsible for establishing and growing the CDMA Network Engineering organization for the then new wireless technology. This team was instrumental in supporting the end-to-end engineering deployments for Nortel's largest order at the time for the initial phases of the Sprint PCS Network.

David Raj - EVP & Chief HR Officer

David Raj, EVP and Chief HR Officer heads the HR function at CSS Corp globally. At CSS Corp, David provides thought leadership in building innovative human capital strategies globally and focus on building cutting-edge high productivity HR processes. Creating a high engagement culture to ensure talent retention, building a leadership pipeline and ensuring CSS Corp as an ‘inclusive employer of choice’ for the best-in-class talent across the world is part of his portfolio.
David has over 23 years of diverse experience in Manufacturing & IT industries where he has worked with companies like Murugappa group, Rane & Polaris. His experience spans across start-up's, change management, acquisition & merger initiatives, IPO process, setting up near shore centers as well as managing talent across Europe, US and Asia. He has a good mix of in-depth industry knowledge and cross cultural experience which includes a stint at London, managing HR & Operations for the European business.

Mahesh Iyer â€" SVP, Account Management

Mahesh Iyer is the Senior Vice President Account Management for the Enterprise and Consumer Technology Support division at CSS Corp. With over 20 years of IT services experience, he is responsible for strengthening client relationships and driving business values resulting in customer delight and revenue growth within existing customers. Mahesh is a strong business leader with rich expertise in Consumer & Enterprise Technical Support and has managed large operations globally.
Over the past ten years at CSS Corp, Mahesh has played various key leadership roles in the company. He was part of the technical support delivery function. He has also managed some key strategic projects working closely with CXOs and for setting up operations in China and Costa Rica.
