Should have an unblemished character record; having exhibited a high degree of integrity
Having relevant experience in Customer Service would be an added advantage
Should coordinate with the client to get the issues resolved on timely basis

QUALIFYING CRITERIA
Qualification- Inter/Graduation
Should have minimum 6 months Experience in role of Quality Executive
Fluent English / Hindi communications skills
Ability to work under pressure
Clear & logical Thinker
