The HR Administrator provides support for the administrative HR processes within the scope of HR Core Cluster Country (Pakistan) to client organization. This includes the support to the business in any of the self-service functionalities made available.
Within this role there are likely to be specific tasks related to the following HR Core related roles; Advance Administrator, Pension Administrator, Payroll Administrator.
Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place.
Provides reports and documents to HR & Line customers, which includes using the reporting tools of HR Core (Standard Reporting, Ad-Hoc Query, Customer Specific Reports)
Knowing how to speak URDU LANGUAGE is a must.
Proficient experience in SAP HCM (not compulsory).

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations, Finance Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
