Analyst Profile - Primary responsibility is to support premium customers over email/chat on their subscribed products/services.


Key Responsibilities / Activities

Resolving Customer requests received in friendly and accurate manner ( Email & Chat)
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Score high quality scores & extremely low tolerance for errors
Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquires

Skills Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Minimum 12 months of customer service experience in an international voice process is must
Excellent Customer Handling Skills
Excel Experience or Knowledge
HTML Experience or Knowledge
Ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information
Aptitude to learn new changes in the process quickly
Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
Significant attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format (verbal and written
Experience working in a B2C environment preferred
