Should have excellent knowledge in SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and different methodologies.
Good knowledge in writing and executing Test Cases.
Understanding of Defect Life cycle is must and exposure to any Defect management tool is an added advantage.
Knowledge of technologies like .net, Java, C++, testing tools etc is a big plus
Knowledge of Database like MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL is must
Knowledge of Linux or Unix and knowledge of telecom concepts is an added advantage.
Should possess excellent communication skills
Should be an excellent team player
Very good analytical and logical skills. Excellent communication skills.
Should be an individual contributor cum shows signs of leadership traits.
Should have a positive overall approach & have a consistent problem solving mindset

Requirements

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization PG:MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

Essental Qualification, BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc.
