HCL Infosystems is in the process of hiring MBAs with 1-3 years of Sales work-ex.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of assigned accounts and its profitability
2. Ability to generate his/her own pipeline planning by following a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.
3. To develop and aggressively identify sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calls & relationship development
4. Works closely with cross-functional sales/operations teams, taking optimum advantage of all appropriate resources
5. Maintain and update timely internal reports with zero defects
6. Timely completion of paperwork, and ensure all details are punched in CRM
